AI Use & Transparency Policy

Data Driven 9 Consulting LLC (“DD9”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools within its Platform to assist in generating analytical summaries, benchmarks, financial insights, and strategic recommendations.

1. Purpose of AI Use

• Generate executive summaries and narrative reports;
• Identify patterns in assessment responses;
• Support structured management insights.

2. Nature of AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and based solely on data provided or authorized by the Customer. Outputs may not reflect all contextual factors and should be reviewed by appropriate decision-makers.

3. No Autonomous Decision-Making

The Platform does not engage in fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

4. Data Usage

Customer data is not sold. AI processing occurs solely to generate reports and improve service quality, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for validating reports and ensuring decisions comply with applicable legal, financial, and regulatory obligations.
