QuickBooks Integration Addendum

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

This Addendum governs Customer’s use of third-party financial integrations, including QuickBooks.

1. Authorization

By connecting QuickBooks, Customer represents that it has authority to grant access to the relevant financial data.

2. Scope of Access

DD9 accesses financial data solely to generate summaries, analytics, and management reports within the Platform.

3. Data Handling

• DD9 does not sell financial data.
• DD9 does not store raw transaction-level accounting records as part of standard operations.
• Financial data is processed transiently to generate reports.
• Generated reports may be retained as part of Customer’s Platform records.

4. Third-Party Terms

Use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s terms and privacy policies. DD9 is not responsible for third-party service availability.

5. Revocation

Customer may disconnect integrations at any time via platform controls or the third-party provider.
