All cancellation requests must be made via email at info@ddnine.com

• Up to 30 days before the start of classes 70% refund
• Up to 15 days before the start of classes 50% refund
• Afterwards, there will be a refund of 20% of the amount paid.

DD9 reserves the right to change course dates and times due to a lack of quorum upon notice to participating students.
